The site became its own first proof
Shipped the publishing dashboard, a guide that cites the essays it reads, a homepage that reports live signals, and this build log. The site now runs the way sarpOS is meant to: owner-controlled, self-updating, every change a commit I can audit. Next: the memory layer.
